Infrastructure

 

Galbraith Construction Ltd. specializes in public infrastructure installation, upgrade, and renewal at all three levels of government including:

Road Construction

 

Galbraith Construction Ltd. offers a variety of services in the construction and reconfiguration of rural roads and major throughfares. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Material placement and compaction

  • Clearing and Grubbing

  • Ditching and Drainage

  • Slope rehabilitation

Demolitions

 

We have the expertise and resources to handle the demolition of burned out and condemned buildings. Our excavators are equipped with concrete crushers, breakers, metal sheers and other necessary tools to complete the project safely and efficiently. Galbraith Construction Ltd. operates a provincially licensed construction and demolition (C&D) debris disposal site. We also recycle and reprocess excavated materials from job sites into usable aggregate or clean fill.

Snow Removal

 

Galbraith Construction Ltd. offers a variety of snow management services including:

Our equipment and trucks are upgraded regularly and are equipped with the latest emission control technologies, which greatly reduce the toxins released from the operation of diesel engines in comparison with older models.

Aggregate Supply

 

Galbraith Construction Ltd. operates seven provincially licensed pits and quarries in Southern New Brunswick. All refined aggregates are produced to New Brunswick Department of Transportation specifications and are externally tested for Quality Assurance during production. We offer services pertaining to the installation of concrete sidewalk and curb and have completed numerous municipal projects in Saint John, Rothesay and surrounding areas.  Work consists of the installation of concrete curbs, sidewalks, walkways, and crosswalks.

Asphalt Services

 

Galbraith Construction Ltd now offers full asphalt paving services. We are readily equipped to provide asphalt installation and maintenance services for both residential and commercial paving projects in Saint John and surrounding areas. Our services include: commercial paving, residential paving, milling, asphalt resurfacing, and asphalt patching.
