SUMMARY OF WORK
This Contract included:
• Re-alignment of existing South Main hospital access roadway.
• Re-configure existing staff parking lot “F”.
• Expand existing staff parking lot “G”.
• Upgrade and relocate existing main underground water, sanitary and storm
sewer infrastructure.
• Installation of miscellaneous retaining walls and sidewalks.
• New and reconfigured parking lot lighting.
• Relocation of the exterior Siamese Fire water connection which requires work
inside the Level 0 interstitial space.
• Electrical communications work inside building towers to set up gate activation
communications.
• Installation of life safety egress signage inside various locations within the
hospital.
